The deadline for cancelling a purchase is 24 Hrs from the time on which You made the payment for the courses or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes access of the courses delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the refunds request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will incur 5% deduction fees for such reimbursement.

Only regular priced purchases may be refunded. Unfortunately, courses/bundles of courses on sale cannot be refunded.
